With the support of our advertisers, we are able to provide our Seniors Information Directory FREE and able to provide Seniors a high quality community reference book, which networks them, their families, and care providers with our advertisers' goods, services and amenities.

All ads are full colour and can either be sent in by the advertiser in camera ready format or the advertiser can have our design department design their ad at a nominal fee.

Non print-ready materials:
Ads will be completed to a second proof at no charge regardless of ad size. If you want to include logos or other images, please supply them with a minimum resolution of 200 dpi in EPS, TIFF or JPEG format. We cannot use Web images nor images in Word processor for typesetting. You can supply files by e-mail, on CD or via Loading Dock online file transfer service. Do not forget to include contact information, the advertisement number and issue(s) in which the ad will be published.
Note that initial proof corrections are made without charge, however, changes beyond second proof will result in a $25.00 ad design charge.
Print-ready materials:
Print-ready materials may be supplied in digital format in two ways:
- PDF (Acrobat Acrobat) files created from professional layout programs.
- Illustrator and Adobe InDesign files.
Please include all screen and printer fonts, as well as any image files used in the advertisement.
File Checklist:
- Files Are 300 DPI?
- Ads are the Right Size?
- Full Page Ads have Bleeds?
- Files are CMYK?
